The purpose of the All Nepal Farmers’ Federation is to mobilize all working farmers in the rural areas for their rights and rights in a conscious, organized and law-abiding manner, to create and implement a land use policy to manage the relationship between agricultural production resources and agricultural land, farmers and agricultural products, by ending individual ownership of agricultural land, commercializing, modernizing and industrializing agriculture on the basis of collectivity and co-operation, all-round development of rural areas, reducing the distance between cities and rural areas, and completely ending poverty in rural areas, creating a civilized society free from poverty and deprivation.
